Obituary for Harry L. Buck Jr.

Harry Lambert Buck, Jr., 82, of Troy, MI passed away December 20, 2019. 
Born and raised in the Phila. suburbs, he was a graduate of Lower Merion High, where he was on crew and Bucknell University. Harry was a sales engineer and a principal in the firm of Murphy, Buck & Assoc., serving as a manufacturer’s representative for, among others, Phila. Gear Corp. Mr. Buck served in the US Army Reserve, retiring as a Captain. An accomplished trumpeter, he enjoyed music and through the years was a choir member in the Presbyterian churches to which he belonged. Throughout his lifetime he lived in Birmingham MI, Nantucket, MA and Malvern, PA. He always loved the Jersey shore. 
Mr. Buck is survived by his children, David (Karen), Susan, Margaret (Melvin), and step-daughter, Deb ; grandchildren, Jennifer (Aaron), Jessica, Jordan, Julie, Nathan (Bethany) and Nolan; great grandchildren, Kaden and Mr. Matty; brothers, Richard (Judy) and Thomas Buck. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann  in 2009.
Visitation and viewing for family is being planned at Toppitzer  Funeral Home, 2900 State Rd., Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Drexel Hill, PA. www.Arlingtoncemetery.us
