The Life of James Black
DIED
At his home in Olathe Township; on Tuesday, November 21st, 1876 after a short illness, of hemorrhage of the bowels, James Black, aged 62 years.
The deceased was born in Shelby county, Ohio,- and has been a resident of Johson county eleven years.
He was a consistent member of the Presbterian church, an excellent citizen, and universally respected by the entire com munity.
The pall bearers at the funeral, Messrs. A. Allison, Matt. Ensey and John Neil were his school mates in Ohio.
