Obituary for Sally A Campbell

WARREN – Sally A. Campbell, 75, formerly of Austintown, passed away Monday evening, Jan. 13, 2014, at Signature Health Care Center in Warren after a lengthy illness.

Sally was born Feb. 27, 1938, in New Springfield, a daughter the late Paul and Marie Knight Doran, and was a lifelong area resident.

She was a graduate of Springfield High School and later attended Kent State University for secretarial studies. She worked as a secretary for many years and later worked in elder care.

Sally is survived by her son, Alden O. Campbell Jr. (fiancé Laurel Measmer) of Austintown; a sister, Jackie Beale of Florida; and two grandchildren, Kenneth and Tori Campbell.

Her husband, Alden O. Campbell, passed away in 1971.

Family and friends may call from 6 to 7 p.m. on Friday at Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Road, Youngstown, where funeral services will be held at 7 p.m.

Interment will take place on Monday, Jan. 20, at Green Haven Memorial Gardens.
