Mrs. Patricia S. Adams, 92, of Seymour formerly of Destin, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2013 at the Seymour Crossings.
On March 18, 1921, she was born at Sacred Heart Hospital, Pensacola, Florida, and the loving daughter of the late Henry Ivy Shannon and Grace Gibbons Shannon. She was the beloved wife of the late, Clinton W. Adams, Jr., who passed away in 1978.
Patricia was a member of the St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Seymour. She leaves behind many friends in Destin, Florida and many life long friends at the Valencia Condo in Destin. Love and thanks for the wonderful memories.

So hold your loved ones close today, and whisper in their ear. Tell them how much you love them and that you''ll always hold them dear. She will always be remembered with love and admiration by her two sons, Clinton W. Adams III and H. Shannon Adams; her two daughters-in- law, Anita and Beth; her brother, Henry Ivy Shannon; her sister-in-law, Janis; her two grandchildren, Patricia Mucha and Albert Adams; her six great-grandchildren, Japheth, Gabriel, Ariana, Isaac, Andrew and Mia; her two nephews, Sean and Michael; her niece, Mary Pat; and many friends.
Family and friends may gather at Voss Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, 316 North Chestnut St., Seymour, Indiana on Thursday, September 5th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
A life celebration memorial mass will follow at St. Ambrose Catholic Church at 1 p.m. Thursday, with Fr. Dan Staublin officiating with Deacon Mike East Assisting.
Final Inurnment will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio In Lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made in honor of Patricia Adams to Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers, 302 Maryknoll, New York 10545.
