Ciprian Ruiz, 82
YOUNGSTOWN – Private services were held on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman for Ciprian Ruiz, 82, who passed away Saturday, Sept. 14.
Ciprian was born Sept. 27, 1930, in Caguas, Puerto Rico, the son of Tatibidad Ruiz and Facunda Gonzalez.
Ciprian worked at LTV Steel and was a member of United Steel Workers Union. He was a member of Christ the Good Shepherd at St. Rosa de Lima Church. Ciprian enjoyed baseball and gardening.
He will always be lovingly remembered by his wife, Thomasa Hererra, whom he married Aug. 4, 1976; son Cipriano Ruiz of Youngstown; daughter Macy Ortiz of Austintown; and four sisters Lucia Veglla, Felicita Sosa, Maria Dias and Catalina Ruiz, all of Puerto Rico.
Besides his parents, Ciprian was preceded in death by two sons, Carlos and Willmer Ruiz.
The Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home has been bestowed the honor and privilege of handling the arrangements for Ciprian.
