WELCH V. HOWARD WELCH, age 79, beloved husband for 57 years of Joyce (nee Long); loving father of Gary (wife Kris) and Douglas (wife Kim); devoted grand-father of Gregory, Jackie, Kelley (fiancé Adam Barris) and Ashley; cherished son of the late Vernon A. and Thelma (nee Musselman); dearest stepbrother of Lorene Lewis (husband Ralph); treasured companion of canine Jack. Howard was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Contributions may be made in Howie''''s memory to Highland Sixth Presbyterian Church Music Program, 5632 Wilson Mills Rd., Highland Hts., OH 44143. Celebration of Life Service in memory of Howie with Military Honors will be Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Highland Sixth Presbyterian Church. Private inurnment will take place at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
