Obituary for Raymond A Buchter
Raymond A. “Perky” Buchter, age 59, of Painesville Twp. died Saturday January 28,2017 at Hospice House, Cleveland, OH. Perky was born to the late Albert and Neva Buchter on April 20, 1957 in Painesville where he resided for all his life.
Perky was a longtime Cleveland Sports Fan of the Indians, Browns and Cavs.
He was well known and loved by his extended family at Deepwood. He was proud to be a Deepwood Idol Contestant and Special Olympics participant.
Perky is survived by his brothers; Jack ( Diana) Buchter of Leroy and Rob (JoAnn) Buchter of Naples FLA , his sister; JoAnn (Ron) Gielink of Mentor, nephews and nieces; Jason, Jerod, Matthew, Michael Jr and Malory, Great nieces; Aven and Kira, great nephew; Jude and roommates; Todd and Eric.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm Friday, February 3, 2017 at Church of the Brethren, 10410 Buckeye Rd, Painesville where the family will receive friends 12-2 pm Friday.
