Obituary for Elsie Rathburn
ELSIE C. RATHBURN
BOARDMAN – A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 13, 2013, at 11 a.m at the Lockwood United Methodist Church for Elsie C. Rathburn, 90. She died Thursday morning at Shepherd of the Valley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. “Jack,” Rathburn.
She is survived by her sister, Lida Phillips of Dickson, Tenn. and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by the Davis-Becker Funeral Home in Boardman
