Obituary for Charlotte Corll

CHARLOTTE DUCHESS CORLL AUSTINTOWN – Charlotte Duchess Corll, 37, entered into rest on Jan. 27, 2013, with her family by her side. Born on Feb. 18, 1975, Charlotte is survived by her parents, Lewis and Donna Corll of Austintown; brother, Alan L. (Brittany) Corll of Austintown; and grandmothers, Mary Corll of Austintown and Dorcas Carson of Florida. Charlotte is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Lewis Corll (PaPa) and Richard Carson. Charlotte graduated from Leonard Kirtz School when she was 22 years old. She then attended the Meshel Workshop before she entered the facility Javit at the Center. Everyone who met Charlotte knew of her kind and caring nature. Charlotte enjoyed time in school and playing with her toys that no one else was allowed to touch, unless she gave it to you. Charlotte loved watching the Price is Right and she knew Bob Barker as “Bob Bob.” Charlotte battled many health obstacles in her life. Her big heart brought 37 joyous years to everyone in her life. Her big heart could fight no more and she has left all who knew her with so many memories of her smile and laughter. She greeted everyone with a smile and a wink. Charlotte would often place her finger on her chin and stare off in the distance, which left many wondering what she was thinking. Someone once said that if Charlotte could speak, she could solve the world’s problems. All of those thoughts she could never express, our dear Charlotte took with her. “Until our day comes when we can be with her again, we will hold the memories of her smile, her laugh, and the heart of a young lady who touched everyone she met.” Visitation will be held at the Lane Family Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. at the funeral home on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013. Interment will be at Green Haven Memorial Park. Family and friends may visit www.lanefuneralhomes.com to view this obituary and to send condolences
