Randy P. Mauk, 51
Prayers will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Canfield Chapel, 65 N. Broad Street and 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael''s Church, 300 N. Broad St., Canfield For Randy P. Mauk, 51 of Elkins, West Virginia, formerly of Canfield who died Wednesday evening. Randy was born May 23, 1961 in Brookville, Pennsylvania, a son of Parnell F. and Laura E. Eshbaugh Mauk.
He graduated from Hubbard High School in 1979 and received his business degree from Youngstown State University. He was a Store Manager for Kmart in Elkins, and previously had worked as a Logistic Manager at Target in Canton, Boardman and Niles for 13 years. Randy was a history buff, especially World War II and the Civil War. He enjoyed golfing, indoor target shooting, cooking and baking. Randy had enjoyed travelling to Disney World with his wife, Alexia for many vacations.
Besides his mother, Laura Mauk of Howland, he leaves two sisters, Leslie Kovalchik of Warren, Nancy (Jack) Meeker of Hanoverton; 2 nephews; 5 nieces and his mother-in-law, Rose Marie Tress of Canfield. His wife, the former Alexia Jean Tress, whom he married July 26, 1986, died April 9, 2011. Randy was also preceded in death by his father, Parnell F. Mauk.
