Obituary for WILMA FAYE DALE
Wilma “Billie” Dale, 90, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2012, at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines. She was born May 27, 1922, in Des Moines.
Billie was a lab technician for many years at Des Moines General Hospital. She loved to sew, make crafts, and play the slot machines at Prairie Meadows.
Billie is survived by her son, Kenneth (Jeanette) Dale, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Dale; daughter, Jane Cory; and her siblings, Jim Bartlow, William Bartlow, Edith Green, and Rosemary Logan.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, October 8, 2012, at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, 1 NE 60th Avenue in Des Moines.
