Obituary for John Jr. Pazel

JOHN PAZEL JR LIBERTY TOWNSHIP – Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Mineral Ridge Chapel for John Pazel Jr., 61, who passed away Tuesday afternoon at ValleyCare Northside Medical Center. John was born Oct. 8, 1950, in Youngstown and was a lifelong area resident. He attended Liberty High School and was a self employed mechanic. John was best known for his skills in rebuilding carburetors and had a clientele based from all over the country. His hobbies included car restoration, auto racing, and he had a love for Harley motorcycles. After his illness would not allow him to work any longer, John took a special interest in politics and became a big supporter of President Obama. John leaves his wife, the former Virginia Robsel, whom he married Oct. 20, 1984. He also leaves one brother, Darryl Pazel of Los Angeles; and his close friend, Judy Solomon, who supported him during his Illness. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Mineral Ridge Chapel, where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to the MS Society or the Obama Campaign in John’s name. >>
