Ross “Lucky” Lindbergh Kidd

SALEM - Ross "Lucky" Lindbergh Kidd, 84, of Salem, Ohio, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012 at his home.
He was born, Aug. 1, 1927 in Belmont County, Ohio, the son of the late Arthur Andrew and Hazel (Seeders) Kidd.
Mr. Kidd served in the U. S. Army and retired from Youngstown Sheet and Tube after 30 years.
His parents, Arthur and Hazel Kidd; brothers, Robert, William and Edward; sisters, Frances and Erma; and a great-grandchild, Kessa Berry, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Marie (Hewitt) Kidd; daughters, Linda (Guy), Donna (Michael), Dorothy (Jeff), Brenda (Howie); nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Lucky was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2012 at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. David Kidd officiating. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1:30 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Green Haven Memorial Gardens in Canfield.
