Obituary for Marilouise Damiano

MARILOUISE DAMIANO ARLINGTON, TEXAS – There will be a funeral service held on Friday, May 20, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Green Haven Memorial Gardens, 3495 S. Canfield Niles Road, Canfield, with the Very Rev. Msgr. Michael J. Cariglio officiating for Marilouise Damiano, 81, formerly of Youngstown, who passed away on Monday morning, May 16, 2011, with her loving family by her side. Marilouise will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends. She was born Nov. 7, 1929, in Youngstown, the daughter of Louis and Sandrina (Tesone) Vitullo and lived in Youngstown most of her life. She moved to Arlington in 2004 to be close and spend time with her son and his family. Marilouise was a homemaker and employed with Bochert Brothers Painting Company and the Youngstown Juvenile Justice Center. She was a 1948 graduate of South High School and was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Youngstown. Marilouise enjoyed working in her beautiful flower gardens, shopping and baking her wonderful cakes and pies. She leaves behind to hold on to her memories, her son, Rick (Rebecca) Damiano of Arlington; two grandsons, Ryan and Joey Damiano; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Sandra “Toots” (Sam) Philomena. There will be no calling hours. Everyone is asked to meet at 11 a.m. at Green Haven Memorial Gardens for the service.
