Private services were held for Joseph Richard Rohovsky, 82, of Mineral Ridge who passed away Sunday at his home. Joseph was born January 10, 1929 in Youngstown the son of Matej and Anna (Baksa) Rohovsky. He was a South High School, and was an Army Veteran of the Korean War serving from 1950 to 1953 in the Battle of Heart Break Ridge. Joe was a self employed owner of J.R. and R. Produce, a member of the VFW in Struthers, and enjoyed going to the track to watch the horse races. He was of the Catholic faith. His wife the former Nancy Hilda Olson, whom he married June 26, 1955, passed away in 2005. Joe leaves two sons; Richard Rohovsky of Austintown and Rodney Rohovsky and his partner Bryan Chilton of Youngstown, and one sister Anna Milakovich of New Mexico. Besides his parents and wife, Joe was preceded in death by one brother; Matthew E. Rohovsky and two sisters; Julia Kitt and Mary Kitt. There were no public calling hours.
