MICHAEL C. KOHN
“Together Again”
CANFIELD - Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home, Canfield Chapel for Michael C. Kohn, 78, who died Saturday afternoon at Briarfield Nursing Center in Boardman.
He was born Feb. 25, 1933, in Youngstown, a son of Charles and Catherine (Beal) Kohn, and he resided in this area all of his life.
He was a 1951 graduate of South High School.
He owned and operated K&L Insulation in Canfield for 20 years before retiring in 1995.
He enjoyed watching NASCAR and he was an avid Washington Redskins and Notre Dame football fan.
He married the former Miriam C. Budesky, on Nov. 5, 1966, and she preceded him in death Jan. 30, 2011.
He is survived by four sons, Vincent Leskosky of Shaker Heights, Thomas (Teresa) Leskosky of Leetonia, Michael Leskosky of Austintown and Kenneth (Becky Clark) Leskosky of Boardman. He also leaves behind a brother, Peter Kohn of Florida; a sister, Kathleen Moreland of Salem; four grandchildren, Joseph, Kyle, Michael and Brittany; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
