Obituary for David C Cox

DAVID C. COX YOUNGSTOWN – Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. today at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for David C. Cox, 51, who died Monday afternoon at Valley Renaissance Health Care. David was born July 5, 1959, in Youngstown, the son of Dennick and Betty (Ours) Cox. He had been an installer for seven years for Retrotech, Inc. in Indiana. He had served in the U.S. Army, was a 1976 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and enjoyed bowling and golfing. David is survived by his wife, Melissa (Miller) Lipinski; his parents of Austintown; four children, Matthew and Kevin Cox at home, Eric Lipinski of Youngstown and Anthony (Jessica) Lipinski of Howland and their children, Mario, Elijah and Braeden; a brother, Doug (Sheryl) Cox of Canfield and their children, Justin and Corey Cox; and a sister, Debbie (Bob) Joki of New Wilmington and their children, Robert, Joshua, Amanda, Tammy, Jeremy and Sherry. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennick Cox. Friends may call the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. today, prior to the services.
