Obituary for JOHN DAVID ADAMS
Services for John David Adams, 16, son of Mrs. Bettye Adams of 1321 SW Emma Ave., and Ervin Adams of 5413 SW Nineteenth St., will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Dahlstrom Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
The youth was killed Sunday in what Polk County Medical Examiner Dr. R.C. Wooters ruled as an accidental shooting.
A lifelong resident of Des Moines, Adams was an attendant at Tollerud''s DX Service Station, 4723 Fleur Drive.
Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Pamela, at home, and Mrs. James Preston of Carlisle, and his grandparents, Mrs. Chloe Adams of Alhambra, CA, and Mr. & Mrs. John Sheets of Indianola.
