Obituary for MILDRED E FILLMAN
Mrs. Mildred E Fillman, 58, of 1204 Rittenhouse Ave., died Saturday at home after a five-year illness.
Mrs. Fillman was born in Ottumwa and lived in New Market before moving to Des Moines, where she lived 52 years. Mrs. Fillman, a housewife, attended North High School and was a member of the Fort Des Moines Methodist Church.
Services will be at the church at 2 pm Tuesday, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
Surviving are her husband, Frank E. Fillman; four sons, Oliver F. of Greenrock, IL, Merwin J. of Los Angeles, CA, Russell L. of Des Moines and Charles E. of Stuart; her step-mother, Mrs. Edith Kelso of Des Moines; a step-sister, Mrs. Carolyn Fitzgerald of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. Wilma Stephen of Des Moines, and six grandchildren.
