Obituary for RANDY LEE JOHNSON
Randy L. Johnson, 29, of 6750 NW Eighth Ct. died Monday of injuries suffered after being struck by a vehicle while walking on Interstate Highway 235 near 35th Street. A private service will be today at Hamilton''''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson was a lifelong Des Moines resident and had worked for John White Sodding.
He is survived by his parents, Lawrence and Ethel Johnson of Des Moines; two brothers, Larry of Des Moines, and Robert of Ames; and his grandparents, Edith Johnson of Urbandale and Virgil Towne of Ankeny.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
