Obituary for PATTY LEE CLARK ASWEGAN
Patty Aswegan, 73, died peacefully Thursday, April 24, 2008, at Taylor House. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 28, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Patty was born June 11, 1934 in Des Moines to George and Nettie (Brooks) Clark. She worked as a claims clerk for Blue Cross/Blue Shield until her retirement in 1989. Patty enjoyed needlecrafts, flowers, people and life.
Patty is survived by her daughters, Linda Salazar of Des Moines and Deborah Wiorek of Spencer, Iowa; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two grandchildren.
