Obituary for JAMES M PRITCHARD
James M. Pritchard, 48, of Polk City, died of a heart ailment Friday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Bondurant Christian Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Prichard was born in Des Moines and lived in Polk City 24 years. He was a transportation coordinator for Casey''s General Stores and a member of the Saylorvile Dam Snowmobile Club and American Speed Association.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly; a daughter, Melissa Meiners of Polk City; three sisters, Joan Miller of Norwalk, Jean Mathis of Altoona, and Lisa Frei of Highland, IL; a brother, Jerry of Bondurant; and a grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Ankeny Funearl Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
