Obituary for LINDA ELLEN McDONALD
Linda E. McDonald, 59, of Roland died Sunday at Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday evening at Soderstrum Funeral Home in Story City. Services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Soderstrum Funeral Home in Story City. Burial will be Monday in Des Moines.
Linda was born January 18, 1950 in San Antonio, TX, the daughter of Ruby and Sidney Marshall. She worked for Story City Hospital, Story County Hospital and Iowa State University.
She is survived by two sons, Ryan McDonald of Marion, born from her marriage to Robert W. McDonald (deceased) and Rodney Wilkins of Bloomington, MN, born from her marriage to Raymond C. Wilkins of Bellevue, NE.
