Obituary for MAY E LACEY
A prayer service for May E. Lacey, 93, of Fountain West Health Ccenter, 1501 Office Park Road, West Des Moines, who died of a heart attack Wednesday at the center, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Lacey was born in Moberley, MO, and lived in Herrington, Kan., most of her life. She lived in Des Moines for 1 1/2 years. She had been a sales clerk for J.C. Penney Co. She was a member of St. Paul''s Episcopal Church and was Past Worthy Matron of Order of the Eastern Star Esther Chapter No. 96.
Survivors include a sister, Gertrude Knowles of Green Vallley, AZ; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
