Obituary for ELINOR I KEISER

Elinor I.Keiser, 96, of Valley Township, Chester County, passed away Friday, March 10, 2023 at 9:30 pm at Harrison House Chester County.  She was the wife of the late Raymond L. Keiser, Jr. who passed away September 16, 2007.  Born in Landsdale, Mrs. Keiser was the daughter of the late William and Regina (Gross) Gantert.  She was a graduate of Reading Central Catholic High School and was a member of Saint Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church.  Mrs. Keiser was employed by Saint Joseph Medical Center as a record librarian and as a secretary for Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church.  She is survived by her children Ronald J. Keiser, husband of Paula Keiser of Ocean View, Delaware; Michael D. Keiser, husband of Carol A. Keiser of Penn Township; Susanne Cooney, wife of Edward Cooney of Downingtown; Barbara A. Triebel, wife of the late Roy Tribel of Hamburg and her grandchildren Melissa, Michael, Michelle, Allison, Jessica, Edward, Patricia, Christopher, Daniel, Timothy; her 17 great grandchildren and was preceded in death by her grandson Matthew A. and her 11 siblings.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Mary’s Shelter, 615 Kenhorst Blvd. Reading, PA 19611 in memory of Mrs. Elinor I.
