John Wesley Christopher, Jr.
August 10, 1931 – February 22, 2023

John Wesley Christopher, Jr.  was born in McCaysville, GA on August 10, 1931 to John and Roxy Christopher.   John is survived by his loving wife, June Christopher of 70 years.  John served three years in the United States Navy and retired from Eastern Stainless Steel in 1985.  He enjoyed several hobbies including horses, raising birds, jigsaw puzzles and woodworking.  

John is also survived by his two sons, Michael Christopher and Mark Christopher, daughter-in-law, Patti Christopher, two granddaughters and their husbands, Kaitlin Armes and husband Joel Armes, Dana Huling and husband, Eric Huling.  His two great grandsons, Jonah and Shep were the light of his life.

John will be fondly remembered by his family and friends for his constant sense of humor and will be deeply missed by all he touched in his lifetime.

A private memorial service will be held with family at a later date.
