Obituary for LEAH L. KURTYKA

Leah Lynn Kurtyka, 24, passed away Wednesday, August 31st, 2022, in her Reading residence.

Born March 12th, 1998 in West Reading, she was the daughter of John T. Kurtyka of Reading, and the late Karen Dufft.

Leah was a 2016 graduate of Tulpehocken High School and earned a B.A. in accounting from Penn State University.

She was last employed as an accountant at Enersys, Bern Township.

In addition to her father, John T. Kurtyka, Leah is survived by her step mother, Christine M. Kurtyka, Reading, a paternal grandmother, Barbara Kurtyka of Laureldale, and a maternal grandmother, Lucille Dufft of Reading.

She will be missed by her loyal dog, Nova.

Leah was predeceased by a brother, Andrew W. Kurtyka.
