Jean Mildred Omlor

September 30, 1933 – November 28, 2021

Jean Mildred Omlor passed away unexpectedly on November 28, 2021, at Reading Hospital. 

Jean was born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, to Mary Timtishin and Robert McClure on September 30, 1933. She was married to John Omlor of Beury’s Grove, Pennsylvania, for 57 years.

Jean was a faithful and active member of Christ Episcopal Church and a passionate supporter within her community. She took great pride in her work on the book, History for the Township of Spring – 125th Anniversary.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving daughter-in-law Michelle, husband John and brother Robert McClure.  

Jean treasured each and every moment with her family. She is survived by her son, Jeff Omlor, granddaughters Morgan and Jackie, son John Omlor (Steven Gorman), brother Norman McClure husband to Sharon, along with cherished family members and friends. 

Memorial services were be held on Sunday, December 12 at Christ Episcopal Church 435 Court St, Reading, PA 19601 at 1:30 pm (610-374-8269). Private interment at the family’s convenience will take place on the grounds of Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
