Obituary for Dorothy Daniels

Dorothy Daniels, age 86 of Aldan, passed peacefully Saturday November 6, 2021 at home.

Born in Philadelphia, Dorothy was the daughter of the late Ethel and Nelson Harper.

Dorothy was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; she also never met a stranger and was quick to make a fast friend anywhere she went. She enjoyed talking on the phone and making beautiful handmade greeting cards for her family and friends, for all holidays and special occasions.    

Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years Thomas J. Daniels, Jr.; and her sisters, Eleanor Loughry and Evelyn Harper.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Julie and her husband, Donald Caudill; her grandchildren, Diane Haupt and Kathy (Jeremy) Dicken; her great-grandchildren, Riley & Hannah Dicken and Jocelyn & Lynnae Haupt. She is also survived by her sister, Miriam Luff.
