Robyn Cook Downs, 47, of Strafford, formerly of Lansdowne, passed away Thursday, May 14th at Bryn Mawr Hospital.  Robyn was the daughter of Jerry and Cookie Downs (nee Wenzel).  She was the sister of Michelle Mooney (Will) and Heather Lawson (Joe).  She was the beloved aunt of Grace and Sara Mooney and Brendan, Conor and Ryan Lawson.  Robyn was a graduate of Penn Wood High School (91) and received both her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Economics and MBA from St. Joseph's University.  She worked for the Vanguard Group for 25 years.

Robyn was a devoted Philadelphia sports fan and a proud St. Joe's Hawk.  She was known for her great wit and would help anybody.  Even in passing, she was able to help others through tissue donation through the Gift of Life Program.  Robyn enjoyed spending time with her family, dinner with friends and being with her dog, Marshall.  She was an avid lover of music, culture and reading.  She will forever be in the hearts of her family and friends.
