I'm Resting Now God decided it was time for me to rest. I know it is hard for you to understand. And I know you feel like it's a test, a test of your faith, a test of your love. But didn't I teach you that God is love? Was I not an example of God making no mistakes? You heard my cries, you saw my pain. But I carried on because of God's name. I fought battles with you, I held your hand. I stood up for you, when you could not stand. I gave you my shoulder, I gave you my voice. So, listen to me now, hear me when I say. I didn't leave you, I didn't run away, I gave each of you a piece of me, I'm sorry I could not stay. Keep me in your hearts, call on my name. Feel my presence when you have no words left to say. I love you all, I wish I could've stayed, I wanted to be with you, but God was calling my name. I am resting now, I am truly free, I took your love with me. And that is how I found my peace.

Joe loved listening to music and creating CD's during his free time. He most recently as a Christmas gift received a turntable/record player that he looked forward to making new found memories with.
