Obituary for Susan Cindric

Susan Carlyle Cindric, 65, of Olathe, Kansas. passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, August 2, 2018. She will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, daughter and friend to everyone she met.

"Sue" as she was known by her family and friends was born on May 10, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri. to John F. and Doris D. (Moore) Carlyle. She attended and graduated from Raytown South High School. After graduation she attended Central Missouri State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Sue was employed by Bayer Corporation working several capacities for 38 years.

She married the love of her life Jerry Cindric on July 26, 1991. Together they shared 27 years of marriage. Through this union their son Cale was born. Sue enjoyed spending time with her family. Nothing gave her more pleasure in life than the time she spent with her two grandchildren, Sophie and Will.

Sue is preceded in death by her sister, Nita Carlyle. She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Cindric of the home, her parents, John and Doris Carlyle, daughter, Andrea Heinen and her husband Greg of Topeka, Kansas and her son Cale Cindric of Overland Park, Kansas. Left behind to cherish her memory are her two grandchildren, Sophie Heinen and Will Heinen. She will be sadly missed.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 10th at the McGilley & Frye Funeral Home 105 East Loula Street Olathe, Kansas. Burial in Olathe Memorial Cemetery 738 N. Chestnut St. Olathe, Kansas. Visitation will be 6p.m.to 8p.m. Thursday, August 9th at the funeral home.
