Obituary for Alice T. Williams

Alice Taylor Williams, age 100 was called home to the Lord on June 28, 2018 at the Broomall Nursing Home.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on Oct. 26, 1917, the daughter of the late Ralph D. Sr. and Cora Belle Bauchman Wagner.  She was the wife of the late Edmund M. Taylor of Springfield, PA and Herbert Williams of Aldan, PA.  She was raised in Wilkinsburg, PA and moved to Springfield, PA in 1957 and then to Aldan in 1982.  She moved to the Broomall Nursing Home in 2009.

She worked for Lankenau Hospital for 10 years and was a member of Aldan Union Church.  She loved singing and was a member of the Valley Forge Chapter of the Sweet Adelines and also sang in the Church Choir.  She also enjoyed reading, crafting and doing word scrambles.

Besides her parents and husbands she was predeceased by her sisters: Evelyn Wagner, Estella Hazen, Ethel Ressler, Velma Oswald, Cora Harris, Grace Mertz, brother Ralph Wagner and son Richard Mason.

Survivors include son Edmund M. Taylor, Jr. (Lisa) of Springfield, PA., sister Geraldine Ballad of Mesa, AZ, grandchildren Alisha Hernandes-Perez of Lititz, PA.  Amanda Taylor of Folsom, Richard Mason Taylor (Katie) of Jamison, PA and great grandchildren: Brendan Taylor, Genesis Hernandez-Perez, Sabrina Taylor, Jax Taylor and Nicholas  Letto.

Interment: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
