Obituary for Bessie Alexandrovich
Bessie Alexandrovich, 105, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Akron General Hospice Care Center.
Bessie was born on May 9, 1912, in Prilep, Macedonia, and came to the United States In 1927. Bessie was a homemaker who loved to sew, cook and take care of her family. She also had a love for business. Once her children achieved their goals she and her husband, Taso went into the restaurant/bar business which they operated for 32 years. She enjoyed meeting people. She continued working retiring at the age of 80.
Bessie was preceded in death by her father, Pete Thomas; mother, Yonka Thomas; husband, Taso Alexandrovich; daughter, Vivian Beachy; uncle, Vele Christoff and sister, Nada Peshoff.
Bessie is survived by her son, Archie Alexander (with Natalie); grandsons, Thomas Alexander, Mark Beachy (Andrea); great grandson, David Beachy (Amy); granddaughters, Karin Gibson (Cort), Valerie Smith (Tom) and Stephanie Raleigh (John); great-granddaughters, Daryn, Anne and Maia Raleigh, Ashley, Nicole, and Lauren Beachy; great great-granddaughter, Allison Beachy, and many nieces and nephews
