The family of Sylvia A. Stone, 96, is sad to announce the passing of their Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother on July 8, 2017. Sylvia was born in Akron and was a life long resident. She will be remembered as a gentle and kind person, loved by all who knew her.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and her grandson, Alan La Monica.
She will be sadly missed by daughters, Marsha (Stan) Struckel and Linda (Al) La Monica; son, Rob (Peggy) Stone; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
We have not lost her, she remains in our hearts and memories.
Chaplin Chad Durfee will officiate funeral services 11 a.m. Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home, 810 Portage Tr. in Cuyahoga Falls, where friends may call 10 a.m. until service time. Interment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park.
