Thomas P. Custer passed away May 5,2017 surrounded by his family.
He was born in Akron, Ohio and after proudly serving in the Coast Guard, received his degree at Akron U. He worked at B.F. Goodrich and Babcock and Wilcox in logistics.
Tom enjoyed spending time with his sons through Boy Scouts, baseball, and as chaperone for the Cuyahoga Falls Marching Tiger Band.
Preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Kathleen (Bishop) Custer, Tom leaves wife, Sharon; and sons, Scott (Holly), David, Brett and Kevin. He also leaves his
brothers, Richard (Linda), Donald (Patricia), Edward (Cheryl), Robert (Mary); and sisters, Dorothy and Patti.
His many nieces and nephews brought him joy and pride.
Fr. James Singler will officiate funeral services 11 a.m. Saturday, May 27 at Ciriello and Carr Funeral Home, 810 Portage Tr, Cuyahoga Falls 44221, where friends may call one hour prior to service time.
Inurnment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park where the US Coast Guard will preform military services.
