Obituary for Kimberly Boucher

Kimberly Boucher, 55 of Bethany, entered into eternal rest on Saturday April 15, 2017. She was born on Dec. 17, 1961 in Derby, daughter of David Boucher of Orange and the late Donna Boucher. Kimberly was a graduate of Southern CT State University, and was a special education teacher for the Seymour High School System for over twenty years. She especially enjoyed mentoring students as well as her involvement with many senior activities including prom, yearbook and graduation ceremonies. More recently she worked for the Calabresi family and continued her work with tutoring students of all ages. In addition to her father she is survived by her sister Lisa Boucher Warner, her husband Robert and her nephew Jason Warner (who treasured his beloved “TiTi”) all of Woodbridge, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be private. The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia, is entrusted with arrangements. The family would like to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to the staff of The Smilow Cancer Hospital in New Haven for the professional and compassionate care they gave to Kimberly. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Smilow Cancer Hospital in care of Jenkins King & Malerba.
