Obituary for Jean E Halerz
Jean E. Halerz, age 65, of Eastlake, passed away on March 1, 2017 at Hospice of the Western Reserve surrounded by family. She was born on September 10, 1951 in Cleveland.
Jean was a 1969 graduate of Eastlake North High School. She was a dedicated employee for The City of Eastlake for 33 years. In addition to Jean''s love of cooking and taking trips, she loved to spend time with her family and friends, especially during the Holidays. Jean was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend.
Jean is survived by her husband of 44 years Frank Halerz, her daughters Patricia Halerz, and Jennifer (Brian) Palmer, her granddaughter Morgan Palmer, her brothers Tim (Donna Miller) Bard and William Bard, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and her precious dog Sadie.
She was preceded in death by her parents Donald A. and Margaret M. Bard and her brother Donald P. Bard.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, March 6, 2017 from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake. A memorial service will be held on March 7, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. also at the funeral home. Interment to immediately follow at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens. Z
