Obituary for Farid Girgis
FARID GIRGIS CANFIELD – Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, at Green Haven Memorial Gardens Chapel for Farid Girgis, who died on Nov. 29, in St. Louis. Mr. Girgis was born Sept. 25, 1928, in Cairo, Egypt, a son of Aziz and Monira Girgis.
A chemist, he moved to the United States in 1990 and resided in Canfield. Mr. Girgis leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Hala (Wafik), Maha (Awni) and Wael (Suzy); his grandchildren, Ramy (Danielle), Emad, Freddy (Danyelle), Rany (Jessica), Karen and Olivia; great-grandchildren Charlie, Amir and Ari; and his siblings, Effat and Aida Girgis.
