BARBARA JEAN SYX
CANFIELD – Born Nov. 9, 1929, Barbara Jean Syx, a long time resident of the Canfield area, was granted her angel wings on April 28, 2012.
“Although she was tiny and frail, she gave us all such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life.”
Barbara was known as “BJ Creations,” wall hangings going to craft shows for over 20 plus years. Her creations have been sent all over the world and will always be cherished.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Ted Syx; three children; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service was held Saturday, April 28, in Michigan. Donations may be sent to Hospice of the Valley in Ohio
