Services for Margaret Julia Reynolds, age 102 of Painesville, formerly of Madison, were held at the Spear- Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Ave. Burial was in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
Margaret was the daughter of Gellert and Mary (Toth) Kalman born on May 24, 1913 in Concord Township, and peacefully passed away April 28, 2016 at Mapleview Country Villa in Chardon.
Margret was formerly employed by J.C. Penney at the Great Lakes Mall for 15 years. She was very active in the Ladies Group of Chapel United Methodist Church in Madison.
Survivors are her daughters, B. Jane (Glen) Humphrey and Mary Anne (John) Stropkey; grandchildren, Susan (Terry) Mason, Phil Stropkey, Gigi (Bob) Houston, Patti Tuma, Paul (Teresa) Stropkey, and Cheryl (Tim) Kovacic; great grandchildren, Heather Mason, Chad and Eryn Tramel, Adam and Matthew Stropkey, and Zachary Tuma.
Preceded in death by her husband, Frank H. Reynolds in 2002; sisters, Mary Swank, Irma Mate, Francis Evans and brothers, George Kalman and Julius Kalman.
