Cora GriggsCora Griggs, 82, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2016. She was a native of Conway, Arkansas, but lived in Akron, Ohio for over 60 years.She was preceded in death by her husband, Shady Griggs. Mrs. Griggs is survived by her children, Sharon Hearns, Rhonda (Barnzell) Strode, Sheila (Rhonie) Johnson, Mark (Shannon) Griggs, Rodney (Tracey) Griggs; one sister, Mary (Buford) Stanley; 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.Homegoing service will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 12 p.m. at First Apostolic Faith Church, 790 Easter Avenue, Akron, OH 44307, Elder Mark Griggs eulogizing, Elder Samuel Hampton II, officiating.
