Obituary James A. Adams.

 Mr. James Alexander Adams, age 73, died at his home, December 6, He was born in New York, 1844, March 17, and when a boy, moved with his parents to the state of Illinois. There he grew to manhood. In 1866 he was united in marriage to Georgiana Ogbun, and to that union six children were born. Three daughters, Mrs. Lucy Temple, of Rice county, Kan., Mrs. Gussie Mardis of Panhandle, Tex., and Mrs. Emma Morris; and three sons, Mr. Edward Adams, who died in 1914, and two who died in infancy.

 He leaves to mourn his loss his, wife, Mrs. Georgianna Adams, and three daughters, and a host of friends and neighbors.

The funeral of Mr. James A. Adams was held in the First Congregational church at Ocheltree. Rev. A. B. Appleby conducted the services. The burial was in the Olathe cemetery.
