Ronald Johnson "Ronnie"Ronald Johnson, "Ronnie", 67, transitioned home peacefully to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 6, 2015.He was born on August 15, 1948 in Akron, Ohio to his parents, Wayne and Emma Johnson Sr. He was a lifetime resident of this community and was a 1967 graduate of South High School
.He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Emma Johnson Sr. Left to cherish his memory he leaves his son, Ronald (Timilla) Johnson Sr.; daughter, Tameka (Alja) Austin; brother, Wayne A. (Tonya) Johnson Jr.; sisters, Barbara Owens, Mary Ella Scott and Delores (Lois) Johnson; eleven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Homegoing service will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 12 noon at Rhoden Memorial Home, 1101 Palmetto Ave., Akron, Ohio 44301. Family will recieve guests from 11 a.m. until time of service. Interment at Mt. Peace Cemetery. Minister Otho Bowe, officiating and Minister Dondi Harper, eulogizing. Procession will form at 1133 Roslyn Ave., Akron, Ohio 44320 and condolences may be sent to 1268 Beechnut Drive, Akron, Ohio 44312
