Obituary for Binahmad Alraqqasaad

YOUNGSTOWN - Final rights were given on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015, at Green Haven Memorial Gardens for Mr. Binahmad Al Raqqasaad, 37, who departed this life Monday, Oct. 19, 2015, at his home.

Mr. Al Raqqasaad was born Oct. 29, 1977, in Youngstown, a son of Abu Al Raqqasaad and Betty Morton.

He was a graduate of East High School and attended Al Khair Mosque. Mr. Al Raqqasaad was self employed as a gunsmith and found joy in watching movies.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father; sisters Anjornia Al Raqqasaad and Rabaqah Al Raqqasaad, both of Youngstown and Klarita Harris of Detroit, Shena Hocker and Keya Hocker, both of Cincinnati, Kimberly Ortiz and Linda Ortiz of Columbus; brother Rufino Ortiz of Columbus; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and grandmother, Clara Thompson.

Services have been entrusted to the L.E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home.
