Obituary for Robert S Tabachino

ROBERT S. ''BOBBY'' TABACHINO

KENNESAW, GA. - There will be a memorial Mass at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 12, 2015, at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Boardman, with the Rev. Gerald DeLucia celebrating the Mass, for Robert S. “Bobby” Tabachino, 52, who passed away on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015.

Bobby was born Nov. 29, 1962, in Youngstown, the son of Anthony J. and Sarah (Fiordelise) Tabachino.

Bobby was a graduate of Chaney High School, where he excelled in football. He was named All City/All State and was inducted into the Chaney Football Hall of Fame. He then went on to earn his college degree from the University of Michigan in 1987, where he again excelled in football.

Bobby most recently worked as a project manager for Talbot Construction. He enjoyed sports, especially wrestling and football. He took great pride in attending his son’s sporting events. Bobby was especially proud of his children. He loved spending time with them, cooking and working out. Bobby enjoyed helping many young men by donating his time and sharing his talents and abilities to make them better athletes. He always saw the good in everyone.

Bobby will always be lovingly remembered by his parents of Youngstown; two children, Jia Tabachino of Boardman and Joseph Tabachino of Georgia; wife Susan (Milano) Tabachino of Boardman; brother Mark (Karen) Tabachino of Boardman; mother-in-law Betty Milano of Youngstown; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Robert was preceded in death by his son, Angelo Tabachino; brother Anthony Tabachino, father-in-law Albert Milano, and aunt Angeline Fimognari.

Friends may call on Monday, Oct. 12, 2015, at St. Charles Church from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests contributions be made to Bobby’s children, Jia and Joseph Tabachino.

The Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman, have the honor of handling the arrangements for Bobby.
