Obituary for Thomas E. Clark

AUSTINTOWN - Funeral services will be held Monday at noon at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, for Thomas E. Clark, 71, who died Thursday afternoon at Hospice House surrounded by his family.

Thomas was born Oct. 31, 1942, in Youngstown, to Robert and Margaret (Summers) Clark.

He was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Thomas worked for 47 years at Commercial Intertech, where he relined furnaces until his retirement in 2004.

Thomas enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family.

Thomas is survived by his wife, the former Janet Waller, whom he married Aug. 5, 1967; a daughter, Lisa (Dennis) Buck of Berlin Center; a son, Thomas Clark of Youngstown; a sister, Barbara (Richard) Kuty of Youngstown; and two granddaughters, Tiffany Buck of Salem and Michelle Buck of Canfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends may call Monday from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
