Obituary for Angelo Samuel Tabachino

LORDSTOWN – There will be a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 29, 2014, at St. Michael Church in Canfield with the Rev. Terrence Hazel celebrating the Mass for Angelo S. Tabachino, 24, who passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014.

Angelo was born Sept. 7, 1989, in Youngstown, the son of Bob Tabachino and Paula Lowe.

Angelo worked for the Tamarkin Company and was a member of St. Michael Church. He attended Austintown Fitch High School and Kell High School in Kenesaw, Ga., and was finishing his biology degree with a minor in chemistry at Youngstown State University.

Angelo excelled in sports, especially football and wrestling. He played college football at Valdosta State University in Georgia. Angelo had a smile that would light up any room. He loved spending time with his family, friends and his dog, Tank. He also enjoyed construction work and going 4-wheeling.

Angelo will always be lovingly remembered by his father, Bob Tabachino of Georgia; his mother, Paula (Dominic) Cappabianca of Canfield; four siblings, Jia and Joey Tabachino and their mother, Susan Milano, and Dominique and Lauren Cappabianca; paternal grandparents, Anthony and Sarah Tabachino and maternal grandfather, Richard Lowe; maternal great-grandmother, Lahoma Lowe of Warren, Pa.; four uncles, Mark (Karen) Tabachino, Richard Lowe Jr., Jack (Patty) Cappabianca, and William (Cherri) Cappabianca; five aunts, Veronica (Joe) Salreno, Vickie (Mike) Luther, Mary Jean (John) Cappabianca, Diane Herman, and Carolyn (Emilio) Cappabianca-Cruz; and numerous extended aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Anthony Tabachino; maternal grandmother, Vesta Lowe, and grandparents, Jack and Carolyn Jean Cappabianca.

Friends may call on Friday, March 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman and again at St. Michael Church from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass.
