Obituary for Miriam B Gifford
Miriam Beth Gifford, age 91, a long time resident of Willowick passed away at home on March 24th, 2014. She was born on September 10th, 1922, in Syracuse, NY to the late Crandall and Hannah Chamberlain. Miriam was active in many senior centers and enjoyed playing cards, and was a world-wide traveler. She is survived by her children, David E. (Rosemary), Cynthia (Jim) Brewer, and Mark J.; her grandchildren, David J., Sarah, Mark E., and Jesse; her great grandchildren, Annabel, Kate, Isaac, Christopher and Henry; and her brother, Phil (Bobbe) Chamberlain. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bruce (Fran) Chamberlain. Donations may be made in Miriam''s memory to Dup 15q Alliance (www.dup15q.org) on behalf of her great granddaughter Annabel. Visitation will be Saturday, March 29th, 9 to 11 a.m., with an 11 a.m. Celebration of Life Service at the Monreal Funeral Home. Burial in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
