HOWLAND – Anne L. Miller, 91, died at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland.

She was born Aug. 20, 1922, in Lawton, Okla., the daughter of Arthur and Grace Anderson Bones.

Anne was a 1939 graduate of Euclid Central High School and employed as a key punch operator for 20 years for the Trumbull County Data Processing Department, retiring in 1984.

She was a member of the Lordstown Christian Church, enjoyed cooking, vacationing, reading, and taking care of her family.

Her husband, Richard Miller, whom she married Aug. 11, 1940, died May 15, 1997.

Anne, who was a great hostess and loved to entertain, will be deeply missed by a son, Randy Miller and his wife, Daiva of Mineral Ridge; a daughter, Shelley Staufenger and her husband, John of Howland; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Miller; a brother, Harry Bones; and two sisters, Harriet Baker and Frances Kirkland.

Committal services will be held 2:30 p.m. on Monday at the Greenhaven Cemetery Chapel in Canfield with the Rev. Dr. Bernard Oakes officiating.

Burial will be at Greenhaven Cemetery.
